Do they come with MLOcK rails standard now?

What is a good price in California right now? I have been told that the prices you see on Ammo Bros and Riflegear websites are not updated. Ammo Bros is charging. 1799 for one in grey and 2k if you want black (maybe more demand for black so higher price)?
