    Can’t Shop At CDNN?

I just got a message in the check out that due to policy they do not ship AR 15 components to California.

Has anyone shopped with them before? All I am trying to order is a mag release button.

Yes, and there are still a few others that don't charge sales tax. Keep that in mind when shopping with Midway; unless you can get one of the "free" shipping deals, you are going to get hammered. Same with Brownose, etc.

              That's major BS.

They're not close to "anti's", they just don't ship AR parts to California.

I've dealt with them for years, online, by phone, and in person...great prices, fast shipping, and what their daily ads show is in stock.

                Straight from the policies page:

"Semi-Auto Rifles/AR Uppers and Kits – We do not ship semi-auto rifles, AR upper assemblies or AR kits to the following: Aurora, IL., California, Connecticut, Cook County, IL., Highland Park, IL., Maryland (Centerfire), Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York State

Semi-Auto Rifle Parts – We do not ship parts for the AR15, AK47 or any variation of to the following: Aurora, IL., California, Connecticut, Cook County, IL., Highland Park, IL., New Jersey and New York State"

I have bought handgun mags and a P320 grip module from them recently without issue.

this may be true. Howver keep in mind that Midway is a huge vendor and is likely trying to stay legal in terms of CA assinine internet sales tax. Brownell's also fully supported freedom week, even sending magazines out weeks after as long as they were paid for and backordered during freedom week. Some mags were sent a couple of months after. That's pretty supportive and they could have easily cancelled those orders.

That sounds pretty anti to me.

Are AR parts illegal to buy posses or own in California?

                    Nope.

So CDNN has company policies that enforce laws that don't exist in this state. That is the definition of Anti-2a.

                    OutofStock Planet is another one.

Maybe CA needs a good revolution. Worked out for US, over here in the States!

                        They won't even ship a RUGER 10/22.
