My wife's new Spike's Tactical Brown ST22 Complete Rifle (pics & video)

Back when we went to the SHOT Show in January, we had the great pleasure of hanging out with the Spike's Tactical crew and I ordered a custom rifle in their new brown anodizing.

Well it finally came in tonight and despite my busy schedule this week, I had to build it.



Spikes Tactical SL15 Brown Anodized Lower marked Multi
RRA LPK (will install a two stage NM trigger as soon as I get the chance)
Stag Mil-Spec carbine stock extension
Magpul CTR Dark Earth Stock
Tangodown BattleGrip Dark Earth
Spike's ST22 upper with Walther Loather lightweight barrel
Daniel Defense M4 9.0 Rail
Troy flip up front and rear sights.
Tangodown Vertical Grip FDE

Let me just say this thing is light! I will probably have to put a Trijicon Reflex on it and it will be good to go. My wife is so luck to have cool guns like this.

Now the only thing right now is the Tangodown Battlegrip seems to be a little light. Any recommendations on any brown furniture? I might also see if one of my vendor buddies has some MIADs in FDE too and that might take care of it.

Do you think the color scheme looks good?

I can't wait to shoot it. I mean I can't wait for her to shoot it.

Crap, I forgot there is a rimfire forum. I never go over there though.

The case is not 42". I have to go for a bike ride and will have to measure it later. Their cases are simple and to the point. Great cases.

They are nice. I will have to find a source for Molle pouches and what not for the insides.

BTW, you mentioned that this was Spikes new brown anodizing. Is it me or are the colors on the upper and lower slightly different? I would have thought that they would match more closely. But....that's just me nitpicking....congrats on your latest build.
