    I think the short answer would be yes, but the long answer would be you're going to want to make sure you assemble that in a certain order such that you don't inadvertently create an AW in the process... aka lock the mag in first

      I don't know who is standing over you that you are going to get busted for having an illegal aw for 2 minutes....
