Standard range 55 and 62. Also a lot of 55, 62 and 70 copper tsx. That stuff shoots lights out.

I switched over to 69gr BTHP some years ago. Glad to see my switch appears to be justified. I also have a rather large supply of 6.8SPC 110gr BTHP along for the ride.

Has anyone tried the Hornady Critical Defense .223? Or the .223 Rem 55 gr HP American Gunner. What about any of their 5.56?

Honestly not sure what all I got back there, all I know is I got alot. Tons of m193, crap tons of steel case, some soft point stuff, couple cases of 77 gr HP, and quite a few odd boxes of fad ammo, you know the self defense crap like Liberty, Lehigh, Underwood, etc. I miss being able to order from SG Ammo, now I just pick a little up here and there when I take trips.

I haven't had to buy any ammo since this debacle until just recently... what a pain in the arse!!
My next real purchase will be the Lee turret press. I'll make the trip to buy powder then ordering all the rest!

2014 article about experiences prior to that time. Ammunition technology has significantly changed in just 5 years, and HSTs and Golden Sabers along with other bullet designs have changed the discussion.

Besides the usual, some 69 gr and 75 gr for precision. Plus some Mk318 Mod 0 and Gold Dot bonded soft points. The Gold Dot is one of the cheapest high performing soft points. And yeah, I got some left over tracers from when thieves de-linked my M249 belts.
