Whats the best AR Mag Lock?

What's the best value, quickest, least inconvenient AR mag lock? There seem to be so many options besides the namesake AR Maglock. After using them, which one do you like and why?

I had a Patriot pin and it was bent. I emailed the company and they told me I must've bent it and basically to pound sand.

Wont ever buy from them again.

Forget Maglocks, wont work especially if you have double feeds and you cant dump the mag to clear the jams. Your screwed.

Go with Resurgent Arms see their grip its great.

I prefer 33.3 Cal Catch for a fixed mag solution.
Combined with a Kingpin rear takedown, the reloads are pretty seamless.
The CompMag is another good solution if you are just bench shooting since reloading is a slow process.

Try that maglock with a Kingpin. You won't have any issues with double feeds - period.

                  CompMag for around $60.00

                  Great customer service.

How wouild you manage double-feeds with the DMF? Remove the bottom plate to drop all your ammo so you can free to jam?

Personally I go with the SuperTool Compliant Rifle Lock. Works Great!

Featureless. Why would anyone lock their AR after MAGApalooza?

Well answer your question I drilled my lower inside the bolt catch channel and tapped the hole and then installed a set screw behind the factory mag release. It cost me less than a dollar since I had all the stuff besides the screw. If you count the BF10 loader then it was 36.00 but you don't have to have that. Thanks to MSHILL here on the board for his thread.

                            For an A.R. pistol right?

First thing I would ask is do you want to deal with ejection port loading?

Or do you want to be able to drop mags quickly? Almost like a non neutered gun.
