A few question about using standard capacity mags in featureless

I have a few quick questions to clarify about using standard magazines in featureless rifles. Do receipts need to be shown? I can't find mine at this moment. Were only specific magazines allowed to be purchased, i.e. PMAGS, D&H, etc?

Also, is there a thread that explains everything? Thanks in advance
