    Fixed Magazine Speed Loader

Was at the NRA show last week and saw these. Not cheap, but a quick way to load a 10-round fixed mag AR. I tried them out at the booth and they do work as advertised. Top-loading 10 rounds with one of these really is quicker than a magazine change. I'm not even restricted to 10-round or fixed mag and a considering getting one. Anyway, just throwing it out there. Y'all may already be all over this as far as I know.

imho these are great. Easy to use, so far all of mine do what they need to without any problems. Bear Flag Defense is another company that also builds ar speed loaders https://www.bearflagdefense.com/coll...ts/bf-10-black. Both styles are a little different, and have their + and -. Both seem to work well.

It's a grat concept, especially if you have a hard-to-remove maglock system. I don't think I would of converted to featureless if these were available 7+ years ago.

We know about them and there's another one. But we don't need them, because our fixed mag setups can quickly be converted for SHTF or when we move out of state, not an issue at all.

I have a Mean Arms loader and a Bear Flag Defense. I like the Bear Flag Defense loader better.

Geeze...sorry. Just trying to help. I didn't see these at last year's NRA show (in Dallas) and they aren't common (or even known of) in free states. I'll not make this mistake again.

For those AR pistols that cannot be made featureless these are a godsend. I can load faster with these than when they had stupid bullet buttons on them.

Will they work with a Compmag?

Should work just fine with any mag. But why?

I'm surprised we have non-CA residents here. I wish I could be a non-CA resident.

What do you use at the range with your fixed mag setup?

Oh hell yes we're here. We're in your corner and pulling for the California gun community. I'm in Texas, never lived in California, but I have a capsized bear decal on my truck. (as well as a "Don't California My Texas" sticker) We're also watching out for what may be coming next. Your awesome state is like a petri dish of gun legislation. The old adage "So goes California so goes the nation," has long ago fallen away, but Democrats are Democrats and birds of a feather.....yada yada.

Edited to add: This is in response to the surprise at non-California residents hanging out here.
