KAK "Flash Can", a knock off of the Noveske KX3/KX5. It is advertised as having flash hiding capabilities so it would not be legal on a featureless build.

Upgrade your firearm's performance with KAK Industry's Flash Can. Designed to enhance muzzle control, this high-quality accessory improves accuracy and shooting comfort. Perfect for reducing muzzle rise and directing gases away from the shooter, the KAK Industry Flash Can is a valuable addition to your firearm setup.

Check out a guy I found on Instagram that makes similar units that are reversible depending on how far you want them sticking out from under your rail.

"It is currently CA legal to modify a double-action revolver into a single-action revolver and modify a single-action revolver into a double-action revolver.

CA DOJ BOF stance on modifying handguns only applies to dimensionally compliant bolt-action single-shot pistols and dimensionally compliant break-open single-shot pistols.
^It does not apply to revolvers, manually operated repeating pistols, and semi-auto pistols." ~~ Quiet
