I could be wrong but it looks a lot like a Noveske kx3 flash suppressor -
KAK "Flash Can", a knock off of the Noveske KX3/KX5. It is advertised as having flash hiding capabilities so it would not be legal on a featureless build.

Check out a guy I found on Instagram that makes similar units that are reversible depending on how far you want them sticking out from under your rail.
