Glow-On for Iron Sights???

I have gone to Ultradyne irons on my AR in place of red dot and prism sights.

Problem--No Tritium FSP available.

Solution:????? Glow-On phosphorescent paint for front sights??

I'm super cheap so I tried a similar paint. Don't waste your time or money.

I saw similar stuff at a Texas gun show recently. Just like most non-radioactive glow in the dark stuff, you need to charge it by shining a light on it for a few seconds. So it's not really practical- if you're shining a light, shine it in your target instead.

"Practical" is a huge deal. My alternative is a industrial white marker such as this:

I have a marker like this but another brand. It will put a white mark which is visible in low light (but not zero light). It needs no charging. I tried it on a piece of black aluminium and it seemed ok. No glow though.
