White Oak Armament sells a "tuned" RRA two stage trigger for nearly the same price.

If you want to spend a bit more and get the best, a lot of people seem to like the Giselle trigger.

For strictly varmit? JP Enterprises Single Stage Match Trigger w Speed Hammer & yellow springs. It pretty much smokes the RRA two-stage.

I have shot JP single. It is clean. BUT I've heard horror stories about the JP going haywire on someone and it basically shoot "FULL AUTO"....

That's... a bit too scary for me....

I haven't heard ANY major horror stories on the RRA 2-stage tho. And I personally ended up picking up the WOA tuned RRA 2-stage for $115.... (vs regular RRA 2-stage for ~$95)... I think it is WAY worth it... BIG BIG bang for the bucks...

If you have $300 to spare... by all means... go get the Geiselle... or KAC 2-stage.... (G probably better).... but for me.... I made my choice.... and will spend that extra $200 on maybe an OPS-INC Brake(for the look).... or a Leupold Mark 4 scope... (not that the $200 can buy u that one, but would be a nice addition to the budget)

            JP going full auto

Nope, I know nothing about that

But really, I love my JP trigger over all the others I have tried including White Oak's. I like no creep and not overtravel and that is just what JP offers.

Speaking of triggers, I was at the range yesterday and one of the other shooters I know brought an offlist build. Lauer lower with an RRA NM upper and RRA 2-stage trigger. The RRA definitely has some creep after you pull through the 1st stage and sit on the 2nd stage. The Geissele on my Colt/WOA rifle owns the RRA 2-stage. If you get the RRA, definitely get the tuned one. I'm still waiting for someone with a Chip McCormick and JP trigger to show up at the range so I can try those out.

Well your comparing two different triggers.....the Geissele should be better than the RRA cause you can adjust it to make it better and at 3x the price it better perform.

RRA will work fine for 90 percent of the shooters out there and is the most bang for the buck......

The Geissele is wonderful. I have it on the lower I use for the National Matches. It replaced the McCormic I was using. Now I have it in one of my OLL. It's one step I would say down from the Geissele. The McCormic is well worth the money. Mine is the one with the curved standard trigger.
