AR trigger guard options that fill gap

I have both the Magpul polymer and aluminum trigger guard options for my milspec lowers. Neither fill in that cap in the rear and I just realized that the ears were digging into my fingers. It's annoying and I wish to change it.

Has anyone found a definitive and consistent option for an enhanced trigger guard that properly fills the gap? The options I've seen are hit and miss between persons commenting.

    Before you answer...

Yes, I've searched CGN and the interwebs. There are plenty of discussions on this topic, but they are old topics from the era of the Magpul MIAD with integrated trigger guard (no longer available, plus I dislike the finger groove).

No, I am not interested in the ERGO "Gabber" or whatever that thing is called.

No, I do not want to use XYZ puddy product to fill it in.

Yes, it needs to be a winter-style trigger guard.

Yes, I am aware that gloves also solve the problem, but that's not what I was asking.

    Thank you.

code_blue, maybe there is a market for your specifications and you could manufacture a product and fill it?

Yes, you're correct, but I need to see examples of if it fits consistently across peoples lowers. The Magpul ones are hit and miss. I've seen some folks that completely fill the gap, but on my examples (Anderson and Sig lowers), they both recess into the rear of the ears.

        I'll research the Spikes. Thanks

I have both the Spikes and the BCM for their LPK's and both fill the gap.

It actually appears to protrude a tad past the ears in the random examples online. That's what I'm looking for. I think we're good. Thanks
