All that means is it is once fired LC military brass. I am a dealer for black hills and carry a bunch of their remanufactured ammo(75gr). BH just did a decent price hike on all their ammo so I bought plenty before it occured. On my SPR, it(75gr reman) prints about .5-.75in group(100yrd). I was at the 600yrd line and was consistently hitting the 9-x rings.
