Just wondering if MagPul has proper machine capability and lisences to make it.

I'd say let market dominate. If there's demand, there's supply. Be patient, wait for another two weeks.

I posted over at ARF.com that I would be in for 1 possibally 2 depending on price. It is what I have been looking for. But the reallity is that they will probably not be mass produced.

Two weeks? I better get DROSing real quick then! (bought to Ameetecs in january $187 apiece)
If you're not a resident of California, please don't waste your time trying to sell handguns here. A: your handgun is not on the approved list, and can't be sold here or B: We can already get it here with less hassle.

Thank you CGF and Leadership FFLs for NeRFing the roster!

Sure, it's "cute" - but I do not understand the mania for a non-forged (billet) lower.

I dont have a reason for owning all the guns I have today, some of them were just shiny and I wanted it! The forging is stronger but that is moot (not mute) with lowers.

Well I believe that is where the Debate lies. The Billet advocates say, they are "In Spec" and "Straighter" than the current forged offerings.
For me, I just want to have them. I already have forged ones, so why not add diversity to the herd.
Speaking of Diversity, I want a stamped AK and a Milled one.
Does anyone know of an OLL Milled AK receiver being produced?
