Odin Works Zulu stock on featureless build?

Hi everyone, I was hoping to get some advice on whether the Odin Works Zulu stock would be ok on a featureless build?

My interpretation was that since any adjustments on the stock requires the use of tools (bolted on) and that the stock portion can only be mounted on one location on the buffer tube, this stock might be ok on a featureless build? Thanks for any advice and information!

While the argument can be made either way, according to odin works own website it has an adjustable length of pull. Good luck having a DA side with you in California.
"It is currently CA legal to modify a double-action revolver into a single-action revolver and modify a single-action revolver into a double-action revolver.

CA DOJ BOF stance on modifying handguns only applies to dimensionally compliant bolt-action single-shot pistols and dimensionally compliant break-open single-shot pistols.
^It does not apply to revolvers, manually operated repeating pistols, and semi-auto pistols." ~~ Quiet

I thought I read on here somewhere that the PRS wasn't considered a fixed stock because the adjustable LOP, so if one isn't ok I'd say any adjustable LOP stock won't be ok in Ca.
