Sounds like from all the Marlin Camp 45 feedback in this thread, I shouldn't tie it into my Marlin Camp 9 experiences. As I said previously in this thread, I did most of my carbine shooting with the Marlin Camp 9 and not the 45; what 45acp ammo I had went mainly through my Colt 1911 pistol which I was more interested in shooting at the time...maybe I missed out on something by not giving the Camp 45 a better chance to shine.

Just my guess on what price would be, but if Marlin was still making them today price would probably be $400 or so.

I think they should start making them again, they're good little carbines.
Maybe if they had a cheap plastic stock. As made with the wood stocks, my guess is they would be closer to $600.

I have one. It will start having feeding issue at 150-200 rounds. I’ve isolated that to the mags fouling up. Cleaning is easy enough.

I use it as a 2nd gun to my AR bedside. If I see in my security cameras a singular intruder, I will prefer my PCC vs a handgun. I can dump a mag faster and more accurately with it at 15 yards. 2 or more intruders, the AR comes out.

I love bringing mine out. I swear, with the glass, I can hit a fly at 50 yd.
I replaced the recoil pad, and spring back in the 90s. Also I keep a replacement lower in the safe.

I have rifles (not Camp 45s) dating back to that period that I can no longer get parts for and that need them. If I may make a suggestion, buy all the parts you can get for your rifle now if you can get them. It usually is the little specialized parts like bolt recoil buffers that a rifle may have, that when you can no longer get them, you have to DIY manufacture.
