What applications are the different models good for?

Tactical CAR vs. Tactical CAR UTE2 vs. CAR

The only difference I can see between these models is the rail ontop of the reviever. The Tactical CAR and the Tactical CAR UTE2 both have a rear site where as the CAR does not. And, the CAR is by far the cheapest of the 3.

1) Are there any other differences that I am missing?
2) What is each one good for vs. the others - what advantages/disadvantages compared to the others?

Now that I'm looking at it even closer... is the Tactical CAR and the Tactical CAR UTE2 the exact same except that the Tactical CAR comes with a tactical carry handle and the UTE2 does not?

Many of the differences are configuration. One has a carry handle, one doesn't. You essentially have and A2 upper and a flat top upper from them. After that you have the different barrels, sights, etc.
