    Vegas Gun Show?

Hi guys! Long time lurker and reader. I plan on building an AR in the next few months as funds allow, but I am heading to Vegas this weekend for our anniversery. The Vegas gun show is this wekend as well. Any one else going? I am hoping to pickup a nice flat top upper, as I want to put on the flip down sights on my build. If not, I plan on ordering a Stag LEFTY upper.

Anyways, stay safe everyone and have a great weekend shooting.

Wow! Your join date was June 2005 and this is your first post and thread? Well let me be the first to reply

If I had to choose any Gun Show this year to go to, it would be the Vegas show. I wish I had the funds to go. Not only there would be cool stuff to see and buy but you can actually go the the local gun shops in Vegas and pay a small fee to shoot full auto assault rifles. The last time I shot full auto was a few years back when I was there for my brothers bachelor party. My brother and I had the privilege to shoot a full auto HK MP5!

That silhouette target didnt stand a chance! Our other buddy chose to shoot a full auto Tommy gun!

If you haven't had the chance to shoot full auto, you gotta try it when your in Vegas. Something you will always remember.

I went the show in January, sucked

      Lots of nice stuff I couldn't buy, PS90's for $1400, FS2000's for $<2k

XDm's were plentiful, too bad can't get those either....

There wasn't too many AR uppers, mostly complete ARs

Bought a bunch of Lancer L5s and HK 416 mags, which i turned into rebuilds

They may sell you uppers and parts but your not going to be able to buy any weapons. They can only sell to states that touch Nevada...minus California. If you have another ID other than a California one you can, but unless it is one of the states that touches Nevada, you have to send it to an FFL. I had three lowers from SOG and 4 of my buddies had some also. Paid and went to do the paper work and when I busted out my CA ID they freaked out.
