Found a nice crack in my original CAI supplied stock on my WASR, I think it's time to replace.

What are some good options out there for replacements? I'm dead set on keeping the wood furniture in the front, but don't mind having wood vs metal for the stock, as long as it retains that classic AK47 look while maintaining good fit and function.

For a high end look, Timbersmith AK Furniture are nice...but pricy.

Apex, RTG, Arms of America, etc... plenty of milsurp and takeoff wood/laminate furniture out there. The Polish stuff is what I generally buy, Bulgy as well when in stock.

Definitely look for some combloc surplus wood.

The newer wood looks beechwood to me, you can use Ironwood Designs akm stockset in that wood and refinish in tung oil
