Ok! Tomorrow I'm hitting up Circle S for the first time with my new rifle and I can't wait.

          Sweet looking rifle. Have fun.

I'm taking my wife shooting for the first time tomorrow at the local indoor range, and then we'll be taking my new rifle to the outdoor range Saturday.

Yeah, we'll be starting with my .22 and then moving up after quite a few rounds go downrange. Funny thing is that she actually wanted to start with my lightweight .38 snubbie and I told her it wouldn't be a good idea. We then had a discussion about recoil, different loads, and gun weight. I told her if she was going to try anything else, it'll be my full-size .357 with some wimpy .38 wadcutter loads.

The guys were very helpful today and I even got to put some rounds through my buddy's Sig .40.

14 rounds at 100yds from a bench rest with some wind. The flier on the right is from me realizing that I wasn't shooting a .22 and didn't have to aim the gun three inches to the right to compensate for wind. So much fun!
