SS Barrel Life...
Whats the average life of a SS barrel? I have a Noveske 18in SPR barrel in 5.56 and need to know how long it will last me. My guess would be 5,000-10,000 rounds, but I really have no idea im just throwing numbers out.

Most HighPower match shooters are changing out barrels around 7K rounds.. if all you plan in doing is paper punching at 100yds, your barrel will last over 8K or so.. a lot of rapid firing will decrease barrel life.'Just Don't Point, Squint, and Laugh! '

I only have 55 rounds through her so it looks like we will have a lot more time together.
