This is one of the reasons why I would build my ARs with anything but RRA lowers. Even though they are not on the list, I feel that most LEOs aren't smart enough to know the difference. Even if the LEO does know about the banned list, there is still the chance that he/she might mistaken it as a banned item and you end up having to spend $$$ and time to defend yourself.
