Let me rephrase that. If I go with a fixed mag system can I use a collapsible stock and a pistol grip

The only change to AW definitions was the change in language from "able to accept a detachable magazine" to "without a fixed magazine"

The features list did not change, only the acceptable method of securing the magazine.

The old flowcharts are still valid, just substitute 2017-compliant magazine lock for "bullet button" references.
