Just an update. I got my new upper back from FM Products today.
My new Trap Door looks just like Tay's. New barrel is clean and shiny.
Will test fire upper this week. Paid $15 to ship it back. FM didn't offer me a pre-paid return shipping label. Email communications were pretty good. I dealt with FM's VP and he even gave me his direct Cell#.
With this new upper, Rear take down pin still tight but not as tight as previous upper. I can actually push the pin out with an allen wrench. No need to tap with a hammer. Once my upper is cracked open I can push the front pivot pin out with my thumb.
