    E. German Weiger Mag Fitting

Scored some really nice, unissued E. German 223 Weiger mags and went ahead and fitted one this afternoon. Only had to file a tiny amount from the feed lips to get them to fully seat into the rifle. And the a little more off the bottom of the tab to get a solid lockup.

I’ve used the same mods to fit 223 Bulgy Cirlce 10 mags to my Saiga rifles. In addition to the mags, I ground down the “interdiction tab” in the rear of the magwell rather than to remove additional material from the back of the magazine.

I’ll go function check this one before I touch the others. Theses mags aren’t cheap or easy to find, particularly in the PRK.
