    5.56 Lula

Will the 5.56 Lula work with 7.62x39 on an AR15?

I presume you mean the Maglula loaders for magazines. I've not used the rifle ones but the handgun ones can load a few different cartridges. While I love the handgun versions, personally I don't feel the need for them on ARs (and AKs) because the magazines are so easy to load anyway. Just lay the round on the follower and press down. If you have some sort of thumb injury I bet in a pinch you could just use another mag to press the top round down. That would be a pretty universal fit.

      for the striplula, no.

the channel is not wide enough to fit a x39 round.

Well, I tried mine, and it seems to work, although not the greatest

The Lula I use on my XD9 is awesome.

No the LULA won't do well with the wider case
IIRC it doesn't center on the case and ultimately eff's up the loading cam as it bends slowly out of shape

eta They do make one for AK mags if that's what you were thinking of.

I don't have an ak, nor ak mags

I have an AR15 with a 7.62x39 upper, and use a C products defense magazine

looks like I wont be using this lula on my 7.62

Xan the 7.62 lula be used on an ar mag?

Maglula now makes and is selling ... the Maglula for 7.62x9 AR mags.

While not a Striplula... they are still pretty danged quick... and far more easier to load and unload with by the end of a long shooting session.
