Come now, there's no need for that.

OP: Freakshow seems to be willing to be a middle-man.

Larue will not sell to Ca or ship to anyone they know might ship to Ca. They do not want Larue lowers here period.

So, "sneak" really is the appropriate word. No need to be snappy.

We need to sneak stealth lowers into CA...

Why should we be supporting a company who is that set on not allowing a lower into our state? You wont be finding any Larue parts on any of my rifles with that kind of attitude.

I might consider this if it wasn't for the fact that their aimpoint mounts are in another class above anyone elses.

I'll never understand companies that simply refuse to deal with Californians, rather than doing what the others do: reading up on the law, making sure they're above-board, and selling to us when they can. They are not just saying "F-U" to us, they are shutting themselves off to a huge market.

Another thing is the merchants that refuse to ship ammo to CA...yes, there are many banned areas. Find out where they are, and don't ship to those areas. It couldn't be simpler.

yea, i completely understand that. but why doesn't larue want them in california anyways? is he afraid of the laws or does he simply hate california? he clearly does not have a problem selling his mounts and other accessories here so i figure its a fear thing with him.

if its the simple case of him being afraid of the laws, wouldn't more larue lowers and uppers making it here prove to him that it's all kosher for him to sell them here? he makes a high quality product, i'm not going to deny myself good stuff because of his own ignorant thinking. or, if i can find a smos lower i'd take that instead... the problem with that is that those seem to be even harder to find.
