Muzzle brake question- new question

I was looking at the Larue upper kit and it only has one option for the muzzle brake which allows for a suppressor to be attached. I was looking at semiauto rifle ban flow chart and it doesn't address whether this is legal or not. Just hoping for some insight before I place an order.

New question- If you are building a fixed mag AR does it matter if you use a muzzle, comp, or flash hider?

If you going featureless, as long as its a muzzle break or compensator and not a flash hider you're good to go.

They won't.
If you did something bad enough that an LEO is taking your gun away, you have bigger problems.
The DOJ BOF will make the determination if the department sends it to them for an opinion.
If you didn't do anything to justify your rifle being seized, you are unlikely to run into a problem with ONLY the muzzle device.

A muzzle nut only on my Chinese 56S-1 AK as well. To avoid the concrete hard carbon buildup using a slant cut muzzle break.
