Need a scope

I have a keltec .223 and have had some tremendous problems with the rear aperture sight and I noticed the rifle has a rail. Can anyone name or suggest a scope that has a very slight amount of zoom for quick acquisition and/or have iron sights on top, somewhat like the steyr aug scope design.

Anyone have any ideas?

I was looking at red dots, however, I was hoping for more scope orientated sighting with the ability to use built in/on iron sights on it as an extra. I like red dots fine, still considering them, but I prefer something a little more precise at a distance.
