Piston conversion on 6.8 SPC upper ?

I'm getting a bunch of RRA 6.8 SPC uppers in the next week or so

I want to convert at least 1 to a piston upper, carbine gas length

Will most of the normal AR-15 piston conversion kits work on the 6.8spc upper?

Any thought on Adams Arms vs PWS vs CMMG piston?

any other systems out there that people recommend?
