So I'm thinking of doing some kind of blueing on my second ak...whats the best stuff out there in regards to how long it lasts and how well it looks? My uncle tried Permablue on his ak and it doesn't look so bad, although I would have gone darker. Anyone?

I've personally NEVER had 'really' good luck with cold bluing. Spot touch ups ok, but whole guns~ Blahhhhh.
I went AlumahydeII and Gunkote Spray finishes; some of the Ak's have similar finishes........
