Cross Armory Quick Pins safety selector interference solution

For those who have the Cross Armory Quick Pins installed and are frustrated by the ergonomic nightmare created by the proximity of the them to the selector switch, I thought I'd share what I did on mine. I installed the Troy Industries SOCC selector (P/N SSAF-SCC-SSTD-00 for standard. Ambidextrous version is P/N SSAF-SCC-SAMB-00).

Seriously, this selector adds the ergonomics and functionality back to my Quick Pins equipped rifle. I like it a lot!

Yes, I know there are those of you who want nothing to do with Troy, and would happily sacrifice all functionality just to avoid doing business with them. You're entitled to go that route, and you have that right. I don't disagree with your reasons, but I chose functionality in the end. *shields face against the incoming thrown shoes*

It costs the same as a couple of boxes of ammo. It's my only AR, so I didn't skimp in it's construction. I saved for years to afford to build it. Being perpetually single with no kids has it's advantages :-P
