    .725" gas blocks?

Are there any low profile or railed gas blocks that fit .725" barrels?
Trying to get the parts together to build a spr/match upper.

What barrel has a .725 sized gas block area? The standard sizes are .625,.750 (standard for most AR15s),.875 (usually AR10s) and .937 (bull barrel).

Have you actually measured the gas block area? If it is .725 and shilen doesn't have on then you are looking into having to get a .625 opened up or a custom one made. Look through miday and brownells and you will see there are none listed at .725.

        I found this
http://www.shilen.com/ar15Barrels.html and they list the gas block areas as being .750. The .725 is the barrel diameter in front of the gas block area.
