    "26 to 30 Weeks"

    Thats what the sales person just quoted me on availability of a Bolt Carrier Group from Lewis Machine & Tool Company.

    Looks like its going to be a long spring/summer/fall...

          Vendors sometimes have them in stock from time to time. I ordered one through rainier 3 weeks ago. Also e-guns had some last week I think. Dunno anymore though.

              Look around. If you look hard enough you can find what you looking for, maybe a little more then you wanted to spend, but you will find it.

                  Yes.........I ordered a Grendel upper from AA in November and I ordered a piston upper from LMT on Feb 6th.

                  LMT's website order status went from "pending"....... to "closed"..........to "received".

                  I called AA.....they have no idea when I'll get it.........LMT say July or August! Grrrr!

                      You're right... I was able to build another rifle by looking around. What I was hoping to build (before Christmas ) is a "Match" rifle @pre-obama prices.

                                  There are sometimes deals that pop up on places like GunBroker, or the For Sale section here or on other boards.
                                  Just be vigilant and shop around a bit. You will probably be able to find what you're looking for.
