how to get a sgl104 51 in ca?

So I saw that the Arsenal SGL 104 51 (Kink style rifle) was about 1300 on it atlanticfirearms.com. I emailed their sales representative to ask if they can make it somehow California compliant for sale to be shipped here, however they told me that model is banned by name for importing to California. Does anyone know of a way t you could get this rifle legally into the state?

If it's banned by name, it's forever banned in CA

Find an 07/02 manufacturer to remanufacture it for you.
They can either eliminate the Arsenal SGL markings and put all their own make/model or they can cut it up and rebuild it into a new receiver.

I like that idea of an o7/02 manufaxturer to "re manufacture it"

Yeah, but at that point (IMO), may as well just get one of the new manufacture Polish parts kits rifles.

But sounds like cutting one up and rebuilding it on another reciever may be the easiest.

Oh, no; I forgot 104 was Arsenal's designation for 545 rifles (106 for 556, 107 for 762). The krinkov NFA legal types are harder to find, even in 762. 545 is basically gone for the US market, sadly.

                    Edit: no.

5.45 isn’t gone just because of the 7n6 ban

You could build a clone based on a parts kit. I've buit a few. The one below I built on a virgin Bulgarian AK-74u kit.
