    Price check- Sabre defence lower

Found a guy willing to sell me a brand new never built or fired stripped Sabre defense lower for $265. Im pretty new to this and this will be my first AR related part. Is this a good deal? He says Sabre lowers are very rare and hard to find

That is not a great deal. Unless you have a Saber Defence upper (or are planning on ordering one) and must match have matching parts on your gun or really like their mark, you can afford to wait for a better deal. Saber lowers are good, but nothing special.

The actual dealer cost of a Sabre lower is typically 20 % off MSRP. I believe I paid about $95 each for my last batch from Sabre.

The typical street price is about $150 or so.

Currently? Are you sure about that? Where can I get one for that price?

I have a few lowers in inventory, but unfortunately I don't ship to California.

Why? If you don't mind me asking.

normal price for sabre lowers are around 200-250 right now at this time. They are quality lowers but have mediocre engraving.

In that case the info is worthless here. Good luck getting a lower for that price out the door.
