    Panther™ AP4 Carbine

Gents, I got my buddy (Civilian) standing here next to me. He is asking me if he can own this rifle in CA, which I told him no since it is listed, but you guys please tell him since he is not listening to me.. LOL..

Tell him to buy the upper if he's got a boner for an AP4 and stick it on any unlisted lower he likes.

Hi, this is Steve, I want to believe Mario, but what he is telling me does not make sense. He tells me that I can buy an AR that is not listed but that if it is listed I cannot buy it. I guess he is right then. Thank you djleisure.

yeah I told him that TM. He was all excited because his brother that lives in TX's has access to about 28 of them for about $850 each. I told him to just buy a couple of the rifles and strip everything off of them and leave the lowers for his brother and bring the rest of the stuff to CA and buy a couple of OLL's.

You can have the same looking rifle, just with a different LoGo on the lower receiver. A rifle that is not ban by name, per California.

Tell him to buy as many as of those phanthers as he wants, strip them all, sell the lowers to his bro for about $150 a pop and use that $150 to buy lowers here. All the parts are interchachable

You know, I did tell him to buy as many as he could and that he could probably make lots of money from selling the parts here or somewhere else but he does not have that much money.

No need for them guey. I got two Bushmaster AR pistols that we bought. We just need to go pick them up from Arkansas once the wife gets her AW permit.

You guys are spending too much time down at Adelitas.

"DPMS Panther (all)" is banned by name on the Kasler list of formally-identified AR series members (11 CCR 5499).

If it says "DPMS Panther'-anything on the receiver you can't bring it into California, for OLL uses.

(With exception of CA Military AW Permit, or also LEO AW registration using a CA FFL w/CA AW permit for the transfer).
