    KelTec Sub 2000

Just bought a KelTec "2nd Generation" Sub2000 in 40 S & W. Nothing more than "fun plinking" and it comes with a threaded muzzle. Can anyone confirm the threading of 9/16X24 (RH) and point me toward a muzzle brake seller? Ready made and economical are big pluses. Paid $350.00 for it new and really don't want to spend 20% or 30% of that for what's essentially tin can killer.

Yep, the .40 model is 9/16x24 threaded.

CNC Warrior always has affordable options. In my experience they aren't quite as effective as some "big name" brakes, but they do help.

This is a little flashy for me, but might be what you're thinking of. http://www.cncwarrior.com/AR15-Derit...RH-p/24114.htm

The problem I'm finding is that all the 9/16X24RH have a 6.5 or 30 cal exit hole. I got a pretty good deal on one off EBay, even had 13/16 outside threading for a silencer, well made. But the exit hole is too small.

It's mostly for show, I suppose I could just drill out the exit to about 45 caliber.
