I've been searching and searching, but can't find a U.S. made 10 round AK mag. Do they even exist? I was thinking of buying an Egyptian or Romanian single stack and replace the follower and floorplate with a US made one just to get my US parts count up. But then I started reading, there are two rear lockup dimentions to the Romanian mags. It also seems the Egyptian is a little wider. Will either Romanian or Egytian 10 rounder work with my NDS-4 receiver?

Does the 10 or more 922 game even apply on a U.S. made receiver?(If it does, with that logic if I was to put all foreign parts on my U.S. made OLL receiver would that make it a 922 violating thus illegal weapon?)
I don't know if it's U.S. made, but CDNN Investments offers 10 round AK mags.

Shotgun news has a add for a double stack ten rounder for $7.99. I picked up a single stack ten rounder, but it doesnt feel like it will work right in my NDS-3 reciever (obviously havent tried it yet) it feels real loose. Has anybody tried one of these? Bought some double stacked ten rounders anyways but was wondering. Guess I just need to get out to the range and find out.

no and no.
you need double stacks for the nds and also the saiga mags are probably too loose for a regular ak. Besides, why get saiga mags they are too damn expensive anyways.

A single stack mag wont work with a standard AK bolt, the feed lips are too narrow. Pick up a cheap Chineese 5 rounder from copes for $4 and replace the follower with a Tapco US version and it becomes a 10 rounder with 1 us part.Comment

Thank for the info, already picked up some ten round double stacked from some company that was in shotguns news, I'll have to check who they were, but they were only $7.99, but haven't tried them out yet. Anybody want a ten round single stack I'll make you a killer offer!
