I've never been to the Cal Expo show. Is it a pretty good sized show?

Hasn't been in the past, but maybe with more black rifles in state than ever and a down economy there might be some good finds.

I'll be there. Hopefully I'll see a few uppers and non-rediculous prices but I'm sure I'm hoping for way too much.
Replying to craigslist for casual encounters is like pokemon with STDs. Gotta catch em all

Are there any discounted entry or parking coupons available? Parking at Cal Expo has gotten expensive.
Peace demands solutions, but we never reach living solutions; we only work toward them. A fixed solution is, by definition, a dead solution. The trouble with peace is that it tends to punish mistakes instead of rewarding brilliance.
Bureaucracy destroys initiative. There is little that bureaucrats hate more than innovation, especially innovation that produces better results than the old routines. Improvements always make those at the top of the heap look inept. Who enjoys appearing inept?

The shows are small compared to the mid 80's. Back then, the show took over the whole main facility. Now it takes up a "temporary" tent building and one of the smaller fixed buildings. If you have never been, it is worth it. It is not worth it every time it is in town. Just my two cents.

The only discounted parking is down near Kaiser. Park on the side of the road and walk two to three blocks. Otherwise, you have to pay an arm and half a leg to park on site.
