Keltec SU-16CA assessories.

It's finally time for my Keltec to get some love. I'm thinking a compact foreend, front pistol grip, red dot, and sling.

Anyone have any suggestions for mods foe this rifle? Where should I shop for accessories?

Any input would be helpful as I'm just starting in in this thing.

What area you in?

Compact forend is good but you CANNOT do a front pistol grip or flash hider without fixing the magazine. Please do not create an assault weapon.

Definitely get the compact front end (Got it from KelTec). Bi-Pod useless in action. I went with the Bushnell Trophy Red Dot and love it (Got it at Optical Planet.com). Great size and nice being able to switch between green and red dot. Another thing that I put on was a compensator at the front end(Got it direct from Yankee Hill). Makes it look wicked and helps with the little recoil but always have good ear protection cause it really makes it louder. Most people don’t like being near when I fire it. =)

You can get the compact fore-end and sling hardware from kel-tec themselves, but as PolishMike said, you cannot add a front pistol grip, flash-hider (though a muzzle brake is OK), or collapsible stock to a rifle with a detachable magazine. AFAIK there is no bullet button for the SU-16 (and why the heck would anyone do that?)

there is a bullet button or equivelent.. got to ktog... but the pistol grip thing they have seems really flimsy.. Also by doing the thing you talk about you take away all that is good about the keltec.... build a ar in your spare time.. Then you have 2 fun guns

I honestly liked my su stock with a nice optic, but mod as you please. The only accessories I know of are only made by kel-tec.

Its capable. You can order direct from KT to replace that plastic thing! also, ask for a firing pin, they'll give it to you for free.
