It's not bad but our God Emperor deserves the best
I could have gotten it in 6.5 Creedmoor. However, I like ammo that is ubiquitous and available everywhere. The ballistic advantage of the 6.5 past 800 yards is not worth the hassle of having to shoot a cartridge that I'll have to reload for by necessity rather than by choice.

308 does fine with 155 PMKs, 155 TMKs, 155 Hybrids and/or 155 Scenars if what you care about is a flat shooting projectile that stays supersonic past a 1000 yards. The barrel also lasts twice as long in a 308.

A lot of SJW's and RINO's triggered by this thread.

That rifle is awesome; great work!
        I really like it.

How do you like / what’s your feedback on the PWS enhanced tube?

I’m considering that exact same one for a rifle I’m building...it’s a very unique rifle so I wanted each part to be unique & different.

Could you maybe post a few more close-ups of the buffer tube?

That stock is one of my favorites too...got a couple rifles that came with it & really like it. That is also the stock I’m going to use for this build I’m doing.

        Great work!

EDIT: Don’t listen to the haters. It’s a perfectly gorgeous rifle, they’re clearly left-wing SJW’s who are triggered by the barely noticeable tribute engraving to our God Emperor.

If you are getting it for the weight reduction, it's marginal. Flip sights will add more weigh than this thing will save. The aluminum carbine buffer tube is not a significant weight source. There are three nice things about it... (1) the castle nut ratchets tight so you don't need to stake it. (2) There are numbers on the top denoting the position you are on (1 thru 6) which is visible through the MFT Minimalist stock and others. (3) There is a QD sling socket on the receiver plate.

Is it worth $99? Workmanship wise, yes. Functionality wise, it depends on whether you value the aforementioned. There is no mechanical problem with pairing it with the JP Silent Captured Spring. If you are on a budget, skip it and get the captured spring and an adjustable gas block, those are essential to a good shooting 308 or (especially) 6.5 CM.

I'm guessing no matter where you aim it, you shoot your own foot.

Normally, I'll agree with you. But this is the first president in the last 50 years whose election I feel is worth commemorating. Certainly, the most level headed president in the last half century with the most sensible policy portfolio -- especially compared to his predecessor and what could have been the alternative. I'll look back 20 years into the future and cherish this moment when America rejected wanton deceit, corruption, lawlessness and flat out insanity that has become business as usual Washington D.C. for an outsider with a fair, rational and practical agenda that puts our nation, our borders and our values first. That America was able to make the right choice in spite of relentless propaganda from the entire news media, entertainment industry, sheltered academia, political lobby and a candidate that out spent the man 2 to 1 made it doubly historic and sweet.
