Looks like it replaces the rear sight ... so it should hold zero better than one that attaches to the dustcover.

What about the Kobra red dot? Anyone here have one or have experience with one? Just got my first AK and I want a red dot on it.

kinda expensive but would weigh this over a more correct Kobra set up for around the same dough...on the fence.
