The best? JP GMR-15. Not sure if they are still shipping to CA (complete carbine).

You can still get AR lowers that accept Glock mags....Quarter Circle 10, Lone Wolf, etc.,.

Then slap a JP upper on it. That is the route I went and then switched the lower to Colt pattern as the last round hold open is hit or miss with the Glock lowers.

Stag arms has a stag 15 that takes glock mags coming out in a few months. Stag is alway better than most quality. They have been lowering the prices. Worth a look
