How do you bend a punch? This is way easy.
"How do you bend a punch?" That's a good question. I dunno, talent? One time I busted a windshield smackin a mosquito. No lie. These things just seem t'happen t someofus.

That vidya you linked was the very first video I watched on the subject, which is what prompted me to ask this question:

In the video you posted he's using a Wheeler Lower whatchamacallit thingy with handy holder thang that is specifically designed to both secure an AR15 bolt and at the same time depress the ejector spring thereby relieving tension on the ejector pin. I'm pretty that wheeler toolio won't fit a .308 bolt. When I started looking at what would work with a .308 bolt, I found a couple of tools on Brownells, the cheapest of which started at about $30 + shipping and the time waiting for it. Since I had already bought a .308 lower and upper vice block as well as head space gauges, I was reluctant to dump more money into more tools that may never get used again. I figured somebody on this forum probably had a better solution.

    An they did.

Thankya for your input though and I hope ya have a great day : )
