        Hrm..what kinda ammo?

If it short strokes on weak ammo the disco might not reset and the hammer will follow the bolt back down, resulting in a double...

Where did you buy your parts?

Did you do a complete function test?

If the disconnector is functioning correctly - you can test that by holding the trigger back and pushing down on the hammer to the cocked position. It should stay cocked even with the trigger pulled, and then release up slightly, still staying cocked when you release the trigger. You should have to release the trigger and then pull again to release the hammer. Then, do you have the correct buffer and spring? That could possibly cause a short cycle and allow the hammer to not cock fully between rounds. Also check the gas system, as that is what makes everything move.

After checking those things, I would take it back to the range, and do a single shot, then break it open to see if the hammer was cocked or released. If it is released, then back to the work bench.
