I'm ordering a lower receiver and with the new laws, I'm sure a lot of FFLs are wishy washy with taking only lower receivers. Is there a knowledgeable FFL in the LA/OC area who still takes complete lowers from a FFL?

Unless there is something ultra specific and hard to find about your lower, is it even worth it after the transfer costs?
