Who Sells CA Compliant Lowers?

Where are you located?

There are 2-3 in the marketplace, each NIB under $400. 2 of those are compliant (fixed stock and fin grip).

They're all from LE6920 rifles.

Some people just want to be able to throw on their lower and the whole thing to be good to go.

This of course changes depending on the upper you have IE can't put a featureless lower with an upper equipped with a flash hider.
