How to legally sell magazines before the deadline?

Thinking of ways to send magazines out of state and not lose money doing so, I'm reminded of my younger days, when we'd throw keggers at my house and sell dixie cups for $25 each for consumption of the "free beer"...

Or people selling "collector's absynthe bottles" on eBay before the ban was lifted, which listed them as "just the empty bottle is for sale - any liquid contained inside is purely coincidental"

I doubt that would fly here, though, as even "giving" and "transferring" are not technically allowed.

Wait a minute, the law goes into effect later this summer and I am already not allowed to sell them? If I were to sell them, not planning on selling them as standard capacity, but legally neutered..

If you owned them prior to 2000 you could possess/use not sell. Now they are even illegal to possess or offer for sale in CA. For those that say I should sell them out of state, that's not working. I searched but no clear path.

Scrap metal buyer out of the state.
After payment, pack the scrap metal up, put the buyers shipping address , buyers return address on the package and send it on its way through an Automated mail drop off site.

Might as well go the extra steps, wear gloves and wipe all finger prints off just to be safe.
