Optics for Molot Vepr 308

I was searching for a Russian Optic for my Vepr but don't know what's a good company that is reliable and best bang for my money. I looked at Kalinka but have read mixed reviews about them. Any advice is greatly appreciated

Atlantic Firearms has a number of russian optics. Legionusa might have a few. Kalinka is going to be the website with the most options. I believe they are only importers/resellers, they don't make any optics. So some of the scopes/mounts they sell are on the lower end which might not hold zero for long.

Ive had great luck with the PA ACOG clones, the PRISM line. 308 is begging for magnification but an AK (even a VEPR) is more battle rifle which to my mind means super rugged and a 4x PRISM should be plenty.

But if youre really wanting to frequently use it for distances over 300m, I guess a stronger magnification would be better.
